The Medical University of South Carolina, College of Health Porfessions is happy to announce the Master of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science has received final approval from the Commission on Higher Education. Students wishing to enter the MS program should have 90 semester hours of prerequisites and seek admission to either the cytotechnology or medical technology option. For those students entering with 90 semester hours, we will pursue inter-institutional agreements that would allow the students to receive a baccalaureate degree from their home college or university after completion of the first year of the curriculum.
