Continuation of BIOL 103, emphasizing animals and plants as functional units, evolution and diversity of plants, and principles of evolution and ecology. Preq: BIOL 103.

This course is intended to fulfill General Education requirements for students enrolled in science and health-related curricula. It is intended for students majoring in scientific or technical areas including the natural sciences, agriculture, forestry, science teaching, or health-related disciplines. Professional schools, e.g., medical, pharmacy, dental, veterinary, etc., will accept this course as fulfilling their biology requirement.

Credit toward a degree will be given for only one combination of the following: BIOL 110 or 103 followed by BIOL 111 or 104 dependent on the requirements for the major.
